Feeling Safe to move into Exercise as you Recover from Chronic Illness and Reclaim your Energy and Aliveness 



Join us for our fourth experiential fall workshop! Building up a sense of enough safety to move again, and to expand exercise in a paced way, is key to recovering your health and wellbeing. Yet you may feel nervous about this new level of movement, and if so, you’re not alone. It’s common to have fears about what you’re ready for, if you might overdo it and make yourself worse. For some of you, an unbalanced approach to exercise and movement may have even been one of the reasons you got sick in the first place. It’s natural for there to be fear involved as you expand your physical capacity again.

In this session we’ll explore building up movement in a safe and sustainable way, in a way that is in tune with where you are on the journey of recovery, to support you to trust yourself as you build your physical capacity again. Come whether you are bedbound and wanting to feel safe to gently move your body, or if you are fully recovered and wanting to feel safe to run or cycle again.

This 90 minute coaching call will take place on 12th December 2023
9am PT/ 12pm ET/ 5pm GMT


In this session we’ll explore building up movement in a safe and sustainable way, that is in tune with where you are on the journey of recovery. This session will include:

Working effectively with fear through exploring the neuro-biology of resistance and poly-vagal theory to help dissolve obstacles to exercise

How to work with your achiever part, celebrating each step along the way and ensuring you are expanding exercise in a paced and sustainable way

Yoga postures with breaks in between to explore and retrain any fears triggered 

Sharing and Q and A time

All bodies are welcome ~ whether you’re bedbound and just opening up to gentle movements and whether you’re fully recovered and ready to run and work out again! 

Come as you are, in bed, chair, on your yoga mat, on your living room floor!

Autumn 2023 Cocoon Series 

As we move through autumn towards winter, our energies naturally draw inwards. Our autumn series of workshops focuses on what we need to foster an internal sense of safety so that we can take our place in the world when called to. From this safe place, we can joyfully reach out to community, knowing we are held, and we can express ourselves authentically.

We welcome you to join us for as much of our autumn series as you would like. 

We begin with the powerful energy of anger. Healthy anger helps us to understand and express the boundaries that help create our cocoon.

We continue with Growing in Wellness and Joy, experiencing  safety in community, relationships, and expressing oneself.

We gather together for Office Hours so you can receive support, ask questions and share your experiences.

We conclude with Safe to Move supporting you to cultivate a sense of safety and ‘heldness’ as you express yourself through movement.

          is an earthy, exquisite, feminine force of pure grace. She has a wonderful way of creating a space of love where magic can happen, helping all of us to share our gratitude and hope for the planet we live on and the people we live on it with.

          She is a healing arts practitioner and facilitator with 20 years experience, trained in mainy modalities, including EFT, herbalism, pre and perinatal psychology, birth work, mediation, yoga and cranial work. Moon has been facilitating deep healing spaces for women for many years and is known for her compassionate facilitation skills and her ability to create a safe, nurturing space for topics that hold depth and emotional intensity.

          Moon brings insight, warmth, creativity, vulnerability, courage, and playfulness to her work. She responds to the moment and adapts according to what feels important in the now with a light heart and a grounded expansive presence.


          draws on over 10 years of coaching and work as a trusted trained practitioner of therapeutic tools and processes such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), The Gupta Programme, Internal Family Systems, Family Constellations and Tantric Practices, all to support you to rewire your nervous system from fatigue to inner power, energy, joy and pleasure, and to step into your feminine power.

          She is a chronic fatigue recovery specialist, is The Women’s Wellness Circle Co-Founder, a coach, trainer, speaker, mother and the author of ‘You Can Heal Chronic Illness: The Lotus Process, 8 Steps to Health and Happiness’.

          Over five years, she went from house-bound with chronic fatigue to running half marathons and she’s since spent over a decade dedicating her life to supporting 1000s of women to recover their health from CFS and related conditions.

          Frances has been in the field of personal growth for 20 years. She is the longest standing coach and cofounder of the Gupta Programme coach training.  She has more recently trained with Layla Martin to be a Sex, Love and Relationship Coach to add diversity to her coaching practice. She is most passionate about helping you move from illness, burnout, trauma or anxiety to full thriving life of  joy and pleasure.
